Studio Rental FAQ
General Questions
Yes, our studio has staff present at all open hours. Some packages also offer an assistant that you can use to help you with changing things up during the session. If you prefer to shoot alone just let us know and we will leave you be!
Yes! The space is temperature controlled year round.
Yep! All guests can access our high speed wifi during the session. Most packages do offer use of our PA system.
The studio features two bathrooms.
There are 5 parking spots in the front of the studio and 6-7 on the side of the studio.
We have a occupancy maximum of 40 people.
Booking, Payment & Refunds
Anyone over the age of 18 can book the studio for their needs. This is a creative space that is meant to bring people together and be used by the community.
We welcome the use of: Photo sessions, video interviews, music videos, podcast recording, selfie session, small group gatherings, small parties (bridal shower, kid birthdays, baby showers, etc), and more. If your need isn’t listed reach out to us! We would love to hear your ideas for using the space.
All studio rentals need to be rented 12 hours before the use of the studio. We ask that you book as soon as you know when you will need the space to ensure you get the time you are looking for.
No, we do not require rental insurance, but we do require all renters to sign our contract which holds the renter liable for any damages they create.
All payment must be made via credit card at the time of booking.
If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours ahead of the scheduled session it is refunded in full. If your session is in less than 72 hours we offer two options. You can either 1) reschedule the session for another time, or 2) cancel for a 50% refund. All cancellations or time changes must be done in person or over the phone.
If the time after your session is still open you are allowed to rent the extra time for the same rate as normal. The extra time will be invoiced to the same account you make the initial purchase with.
Additional Items
We are open to most things being brought into the studio. Although, we do strictly prohibit: drug use of any kind, explosives, firearms, smoke, drinks & food in the studio area, excessive loud music, and items that are too large to fit through our doors.

*If the smoke is 100% water based then it may be allowed depending on the use case. Call for details.
Yes, any timeslots after 8PM are considered Quiet Hours. This means no music should be heard outside of the studio doors past 8PM.
We do offer props for all photo/video rentals. These props change from season to season, so there is no guarantee as to what will be available. We recommend bringing any prop you will need, or giving us a call to ask if we have it.
Some packages do come with gear in the rental. Our gear grows every month as the studio becomes more popular, so each time you rent you may get to use even more new gear! All packages come with the use our our stands, so if you have lights or modifiers that you would like to use of your own you can leave the stand at home and use ours.
